Not only pride, also stubbornness. Lack of common sense to know about when to shut up.
Relations with other people can be very easy and simple. Especially when you’re not really close to them. But when you are a close friend, a family, a partner, things get more difficult. Because you know each other better, you know the weak spots, you know how to stick a knife so it hurts the most.
How soon can you apologize? How soon will you forgive? Don’t let pride and stubbornness blind you. They bring no good.
I’m think I’m gonna write some longer post about losing friendships, relationships falling apart. But maybe later this week or the next one.
